they actually scare me because they seem so unapproachable
but last night as we walked up a back street in newtown
a little kitten came out to play with us
rolling around on the ground, playing with itself to get our attention
it worked
then it came over and started twirling itself around us
entangling itself in our limbs
and then i crouched down to pat it and it put it paws up on me
i couldnt help but embrace it
quite possible the cutest thing ever
now i love cats
well that cat
i want to go spend the rest of my stimulus money on a kitten
and maybe it will occupy me for a while
if not, when i finally move out of home we're getting one.
